Welcome to Charades, an adaptive parallel discrete event simulator built on top of the Charm++ runtime system.Charades is a highly scalable PDES engine based on the original TimeWarp protocol from Virginia Tech (link) and the Renssaelaer Optimistic Simulation System (ROSS) from RPI. It has since evolved to incorporate more of the adaptive features offered by the Charm++ runtime system such as dynamic load balancing.
